IERUSEvent_SiteLogout

The erSynchEventType_SiteLogout event is fired once a user has pressed the logout button.  Note that this is only an after event and cannot be blocked.

To cause logout of a user, redirect to the UIEvent page URL returned by ERGenerateUIEventURL().
