IERUSEvent_User

This interface contains information that is specific to the Add User, Delete User, and Modify User Before and After events. It is implemented by the same object that implements the IERUSynchronousEvent  interface that is passed to the event handler in the HandleEvent method.  

Note that user events are not triggered for changes made by means of a directory synch.
