Facility object

An eRoom facility is a set of individual eRooms on a single server that shares a common pool of members and supports the work of a company or an organization.

Usage

Use Facility objects to perform tasks, such as the following:

• Create eRooms within the facility.

• Add users and groups to a Facility's member list and set default Room creation and member list modification privileges for newly-added members.

• Find information about a facility, such as its name and URL, the dates it was created and last modified, and whether or not members can monitor changes in eRooms on the Windows taskbar or in email change reports.
