Note Page object
A Note Page is a principal item
you can use to share information without requiring members to have other
applications to see or edit the page. In a Note Page, you can write a
note in the eRoom editor, include space for making comments, and include
a box for attaching eRoom items
and files. If you include an attachment box, a Note Page object manages
a collection of objects the same way a Folder Page object does.
Usage
Notes you create in the eRoom editor are stored in rich-text format.
Use Note Page objects to perform tasks, such as the following:
Work with a note's access
control list. You can add members to and remove members from the list
of people who can open or edit a Note Page.
Create Links, Files, Folder
Pages, Discussion Pages, Poll Pages, Inbox
Pages, and other Note Pages
within the Note Page.
Find information about a Note Page, such as its name,
the member who added the Note Page to
the eRoom, a description of the Note
Page, creation and modification
dates for the Note Page, the item, such as a folder, that contains
the Note Page, as well as a list of the items the Note Page contains,
and whether or not the Note Page contains any unread
items.
